I realize the limited variety of speech bubble tails must be a huge timesaver – I’ve drawn mine with a different style for each person, which takes annoyingly long – but maybe you could add one that goes side-wise and one that goes upwards?
Otherwise panels like the last one get a bit confusing, and the reader has to read them again to puzzle out which person says what.
